Reservations | All sessions are appointment only. Bookings are made via phone call or text (636.336.7182).

Intake Form | All new clients must fill out an intake form prior to receiving treatment. This form will be reviewed and discussed in an intake interview. An update to the intake form will be required after 2 years or if there are any significant changes in health. This process is completely paperless. 

Cancellation | 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations can be made via phone call or text 636.226.7182. A full service fee will be charged if a 24 hour notice is not given. 

Check - In | Plan to arrive to the space 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment. The amount of time you book is the amount of time you spend on the table.

Running late | Please call or text 636.226.7182 with a ETA if you are running late. It may not always be possible to extend your session if it starts late.

Professionalism | I provide professional massage that is therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Any remarks, insinuations, jokes, gestures or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of service in the future. In addition, the full service fee will be charged regardless of the length of the session. 

Payment | Payment in the form of credit, debit or Venmo are accepted. Payment will be taken upon arrival prior to the session. Gratuity is not accepted. The price listed for each service is the price that will be charged. 

Accessibility | The building is wheelchair accessible. My treatment room is on the third floor with access via stairs or an elevator. The massage table has a weight limit of 600 lbs. I have various props to support many body types and experiences. 

Privacy | All information is kept secure in the massagebook program. Massage is typically done unclothed, but it is encouraged for you to do what is comfortable for you. Draping will be utilized during the session. Any body part being worked on will be uncovered while the rest is covered. There are different levels and techniques for draping that can be discussed in the intake interview to ensure your comfort.
