Hi, I’m Haley .

I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in Swedish, Thai and deep tissue massage.

I value simple things - learning something new, noticing intricate patterns on leaves, taking walks, doing a thought experiment and sipping on a warm beverage.

My journey to massage therapy began in the world of yoga and movement. Yoga came to me when I was feeling lonely and anxious. It granted me access to embodiment which helped me feel worthy, capable and joyful in all aspects of my life. I furthered my practice with a 500hr instructor certification, but as someone who adores collecting experiences and information, I found myself wanting to dive deeper. I wanted to understand anatomy and physiology in greater detail and I wanted to be able to connect and support people beyond the scope of my spoken words. This curiosity led me to massage therapy.

In this field, I am constantly learning and pondering. Lately, I’ve found that - I am fascinated by the nervous system and the complexity woven into each individual cell within us, I am amazed at the functionality and synchronicity that we are capable of, I enjoy connecting concepts that don’t typically overlay, and I am dedicated to slowing down and noticing.

It is important to me to make massage accessible and to continually question and expand my knowledge of the body and massage therapy’s impact on the self. I am dedicated to continuing my education to serve better the people who come to see me.

When I am not in the massage studio, you can find me…

  • Reading (speculative fiction/sci-fi or Diane Ackerman or Michael Pollan)

  • Listening to podcasts (simplifying complexity, armchair expert)

  • Hobby-ing (crocheting at the moment)

  • Loving my partner Stephen, our dog Chrispen, and our cat Ke
